TEN:10 - KNOW THE LIFE, LIVE THE LIFE, SHARE THE LIFE, GROW THE LIFE

'…I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full' John 10:10

 

Ten:10 is the youth group at Armagh Elim. Its for those in year 8 and upwards. 
It's on every other Saturday night at 7pm.

 

Based on John 10:10 we aim to provide a place where young people can come and relax meet together and just be themselves and experience life to the full.
A place where young people are given the opportunity to be discipled and strengthened in faith through weekly Bible studies and discussion groups.

 

Our message is one of salvation that Jesus, out of His love, died for us on the Cross. In doing so, He paid the full price for all the wrong we have done.

Jesus offers us forgiveness and wants to be a part of our lives, so we won't be alone.

KNOW:

The Basics- to know God through Bible reading and Prayer.
Studying and learning together.
Developing and strengthen where we are with God. 
"Seek the kingdom of God above all else" Matthew 6:33

 

LIVE:

To live lives that are pleasing to God.
To shine for Jesus and serve others.
"Let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father" Matthew 5:16 
"so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God" Colossians 1:10

 

SHARE:

Sharing God in our times together. 
Being relevant, yet real and holding to the truth. 
Sharing life and being there for each other. 
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations" Matthew 28:19

 

GROW:

Celebrating the character of our youth, to go deeper in growing their gifts and talents. 
To encourage good character choices and behaviours. 
To help them grow into the young people God called them to be.
"From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." Ephesians 4:16
